I did not receive a call it was a message and when I tried to call back several times it kept saying you were dealing with another customer??? Generated message!!!!! So I did not agree to delivery on Monday ? When I finally got through to you on Monday morning I was given florist number so had to chase up delivery myself ?? The flowers have arrived but not impressed with your same day service will most certainly never use you again or recommend you to snyone ,at a cost of nearly £50 it was a total rip off disgusting
