We apologise if you had an experience which was not of the highest standard in anyway and we utilise feedback to improve in anyway possible and will always take steps to address any issues. We believe the issue in this case stemmed from your plumber not having the correct fitting to connect your copper supply pipework to the pump unit. The required fittings are standard fittings but need to match the size of the copper pipework that your plumber has installed.They can be collected from most merchants. This connection is the point where the plumbers install ends and connects onto our supplied system. Other online floor heating suppliers that we know do not supply these fittings as they are standard fittings and outside of the underfloor heating supply components.However in order to assist installers we now stock these fittings in 2 x copper pipe sizes.
