We are uncertain as to why your arrival time with Atlasjet changed from the information that we sent to you. If an airline makes any changes to their schedules they would advise us through a Q system and we in turn would notify our clients however, it would appear that on this occasion the airline failed to Q the booking to our office. Unfortunately we were not able to change your existing booking to another specific flight on a different airline, because that one was fully booked with the waitlist closed. It is a pity that the several alternatives that we offered you during our several telephone and email exchanges were not convenient for you, and that you therefore feel let down by our booking service.
