Delivery is terrible. Promise to deliver within 2-5 days!!! This is never the case. Two items I have had I have always had to chase delivery.

thank you for your feedback. We offer a 3 day dispatch on items unless they are on pre-order. In this case, the Scooot was not officially launched until the 8th December with a pre-order from 1st December. Once dispatched within 3 days, it will generally take between 1-3 days for the courier to deliver. I do apologise if this was not made clear at time of order. We are delighted that you are enjoying the Scooot and hope you all have a lot of fun over the Christmas holidays with it.
