Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely puzzled and saddened to read your review, as our records show we responded to your initial enquiry within 48 hours and did everything we could to accommodate the situation—despite the delivery address error being outside of our control.
When you contacted us on 6th August, we investigated promptly and replied on the 8th with a resolution. We then worked to update the delivery address and resend the order as quickly as possible. On 11th August, we experienced a temporary fault with our phone lines, which was posted on our website. During this time, calls were unfortunately dropping after a short hold period, but every customer who left a message was called back once the issue was resolved.
We are very sorry that this fault and the timing of events caused frustration for you. We always strive to maintain the high level of service you have experienced with us before, and we hope this was an isolated incident that won’t prevent you from ordering from us in the future.
