For the customer point of view, feefo is not so common in Germany as it is in the UK. I worked well for the customer service.but in the end we have to choose what suits our customer most. Thank you

I initiate the uploads to Feefo and rarely encounter any problems. I find the reply to comments posted easy to use and also being able to download all comments for the month is very useful too.
