Thanks for your recommendation for FBM holidays, Mr. True. We're sorry to hear about the cleaning standard at Tudor House 2 not being acceptable. We have spoken with the owner, who has addressed this with her cleaner. Since then, FBM Holidays has checked this apartment to ensure the cleaning is to a satisfactory standard before the next booking. Carol

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay at Freshwater Bay 14 and found it comfortable and well presented.  I'm sorry about the TV and the beeping alarm up[on arrival and am pleased, after speaking with our Duty Manager, the owner was able to sort it for you so quickly. Georgian terrace houses, like Frogmore Terrace 1, do tend to be "tall" and have lots of stairs - it's a long way from the bottom to the top, for sure. Glad you liked it, despite that. Thanks for your feedback Mr Lewis and we're pleased you love going to North Bay House 4. It's a very popular apartment for two people and, as you say, the living and dining area has an amazing view. We've passed on your comments about the towels and bed linen to the owner. I've checked with our Accounts department and the credit card fee  is to cover the additional bank charges we incur. It is still allowed in the UK, but I know it isn't in Canada and the US. I'm sorry we didn't engage with you upon departure. Our best practice is to ask our customers about their holiday and to wish them a smooth and safe journey home and to hope to see them again. It can get very crowded in our small office on a Saturday morning, with all the people returning keys and wanting to re-book a holiday and we don't always get the opportunity to do so. I'm sorry this seems to be the case when you left.  Please accept my apologies for this over-sight on our part. At FBM Holidays we really do appreciate and value our customers and we hope to see you again soon.
