Thanks for your review. These refills are indeed the same as the ones that come with the wallet (that's what they are for!), so 5 bags fused together with rings to fit into the spine binding of the wallet. We'd be more than happy to refund you if you'd like to return them to us, unfortunately we don't sell the bags separately!
