Due to increase in security we are obligated to send out a form that sums up your ticket and makes sure you are the person that is purchasing the fare. We expect the form to be returned back to us within 12 hours. If we do not receive it within that time frame the airline will involuntarily cancel your flight.

That is ********. I can 27 times in three days. I emailed five times. People were anwring my phone call from India. They didn't even refund my money. I had all documents in hand. Fare depot did not pay the money to the airline and I was not allowed boarding.
Please please. Don't buy your tickets from these people. It is scamming.

Airline fees fluctuate regularly depended on time of year and availability. Sometimes airline can close a booking without any warning. When you were booking your ticket the airline had close the reservation but was still selling it online which made you book again and have the same problem.
