only issue i have is some fabric transport costs are excessive, so i had to cancel order due to the transport been more than the cost of the fabric.

We're sorry to learn that you felt the transport cost were excessive. Unfortunately we have no control over transport charges and only quote what our couriers charge us.
Decent customer service, but a little slow in processing and dispatch.
I aslo sent for and paid for a sample of fabric, which took ages to arrive.

Thank you for your feedback. Usually samples are despatched next working day but we have no control of the delivery date once the goods have left with the courier.
