Overall good, sometimes the odd pouch I've ordered is too old and dry and should not have been sent but most are alright.

Customer feedback good or bad is always appreciated and If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within a reasonable time for a replacement or refund.
1st class service....have been ordering from them for quite a while now, the tobacco is actually for my step-father (at the same address), who cannot buy it locally...it only seems to be avaiiable...
