At the time of your order we were advising customers (in the DIY Project Form and in the Order Confirmation screen) that we have been working to 4-5 weeks order turnaround for some months now, this being the busiest time of each year. I notice your order took 4 calendar weeks. We do welcome calls or emails that ask about the delivery time of individual orders, otherwise we do not send interim notifications. In some cases orders are delayed because of our stringent quality checks, in which case a few days are added to the process. I am sorry we lost 2 Feefo stars on this one.
