Sorry to hear about the issue you have with the sizing but unfortunately it is not ourselves who size the shoes it is Regatta. Sizes do vary depending on brand and of course when you order online there is always the sligthest possibility that the size could be an issue albeit that 95% of orders delivered to customers are not returned to us so it is only a marginal 5% where orders may be returned due to sizing. However we would point out that you purchased a pair of Regatta boots which have a genuine RRP of £99.99 which were reduced to clear @ £29.99 which you received a further 20% off in a special promotion so you actually paid £23.99 for a £99.99 pair of boots - THE CHEAPEST BY FAR IN THE MARKET PLACE ! Hence the small cost to return the goods and order a further pair would still have summed up to the cheapest by far online too !
