Hi Judy, we hate disappointing our customers and running out of stock so we try to do it as infrequently as possible :) As we are a local manufacturer, the good news is that when we do run out of stock, it is rarely for very long. Thanks -Michael

Hi Maggie, apologies you were not happy with the time it took to receive your pods. Your order was placed on Wednesday afternoon, dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Monday which I do not think is too bad. Apologies if you thought it was going to be delivered overnight. We try to be as transparent as possible with delivery times on our website where we state that all orders over $30 receive free shipping via Australia Post. If your delivery is going to a metro address it also travels via Express Shipping which can be overnight (especially to VIC). I can see that your order received free standard shipping, meaning it was classed as being outside of a metro area. This system is automatic and based on postcodes provided by Australia Post.
