Expedia NZ are very poor service providers. All online queries are handled through a call center in India who only work on standard pre-prepared text book answers. They cannot resolve even the most simple of issues, and refuse to provide the contact details of any Expedia personnel in NZ. An Expedia error last October had my family members refused boarding on a return flight, which was bad enough but it took Expedia NZ four (4) months to even respond to my complaint, so any chance of an airline refund was now lost due to the time delay
