사용이 편리한 듯 해서 익스피디아에 회원으로 가입하고 비행예약을했습니다. 이제는 후회가 되네요.
비행기 예약시 나타났던 수하물의 중량과 결재 후의 숳라물의 중량이 없어지고 최소가 되어 버렸습니다. 결재 과정상 확인은 불가능 하고 전화 통화를 했더니 항공사에 연락하라는 무책임한 답변만 되풀이하네요. 수하물의 무게를 선택하고 최후 결재까지 확인 내용을 바꾸지 않는한 수하물의 양은 변동되지 않아야 하는 것이 당연한 것 아닌가요?
