체크카드 환불에 대한 서비스 개선 필요
호텔 예약후 여행일정 등 변동이 생길 것 같아서 몇 시간 뒤 취소했습니다. 취소 확인 메일을 도착했는데 아직까지 환불이 되지 않아서 살짝 불안합니다. 체크카드 결재라 몇일 걸릴 수도 있겠다고 생각하지만 체크카드 결재시 환불되는데 몇일 걸릴 수 있고, 혹시 환불이 안되면 어떻게 조치하라는 사항을 취소 메일에 덧붙여 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
