예약 실수로 고객센터에 문의드렸는데 상담사분께서 숙소 사장님이랑 적극적으로 잘 얘기해주셔서 원만하게 해결될 수 있었습니다. 이용자 입장에서 생각해주시고 노력해주셔서 감동이었어요 다시 한 번 감사합니다! 많이 걱정했는데 덕분에 걱정도 덜고 편하게 여행할 수 있을것 같습니다. 익스피디아 이용은 처음인데 앞으로도 계속 이용하게 될것 같아요.

예전에 익스피디아로 예약하고, 호텔을 갔으나 예약이 안되어있어서 곤란을 겪은적이있습니다. 그때 저를 상담해주시던 상담사 2분정도가 매우 불친절하였고, 직접적으로 보상을 바라냐고 물어보기까지 할 정도로 안하무인의 태도였습니다. 이후에도 꾸준히 이용중이긴 하다만 상담전화를 걸 때마다 매 번 기분이 좋지않게 끊는경우가 많습니다. 이런 부분이 개선이 된다고 하면...
