Sometimes the website couldn't load my account when i login, or cannot reflect the promotions adjoining. Moreover the website crash quite often even with other internet browser

Should be more responsive on confirming and issuing tickets. worst was I was not informed that my booking has been cancelled (reason I still don't know') less than 24 hours of my scheduled departure.
