somehow my final selection was pop-up after like 20 times search on Expedia. Not sure how it can work more efficiently. But I am sure the price is the cheapest among the few popular site.

Expedia Portal unstable
Cannot display the web page when browsing the hotels, it keeps loading, also some images of hotels' rooms cannot be shown as well. this issue last for 2 days.

provide more hotel info and room pics, the name of room type used always different from official hotel website, need to check via pic to confirm, yet the pic is small and cannot b enlarge

More information for family traveler required.
i am travelling with kids, it would be better if the hotel room selection can give us more advice/information on number of peoples and kids supported.

I wasnt able to change my flight, the agent was extremely unhelpful and I had to ask 3 times and would get diff answers.
