I booked the hotel and immediately saw that it was for the wrong date.

When someone calls immediately after booking for the wrong date, you should correct the booking or refund the payment. That was not done for me. I was angry and disappointed and lost the money.

Easy...And normally is the best priced option.

Did have the best price I could find. but the details need some love... Some listings have a "no deposited" needed, but at an extra cost! Hotels that have paid parking, needs to have the cost listed.
