Sorry to hear you have had such a poor experience with one of the couriers that we use hear at exercise. This is not the standard we expect from the couriers that we outsource at all. Regarding the refund I can confirm that this was actioned on the 19th March both at our end and through the payment option chosen to pay for the order with. This also being the same date we received communication from yourself regarding the delivery.
