Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. I have reviewed the email correspondence, and my colleague informed me that the issues you were facing were with how the machine was being used, not with the machine itself. You did not agree with this, but as the machine is not faulty, we could not offer a solution to fix it, so it was advised that this solution was not ideal. You could return the gym; however, as per our returns policy, this would be at a cost. We have not heard back from you, so if we can help further, please email us, and we will see what we can do to help. Sorry for any inconvenience.
