Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Have not received it as yet. Wondering why I paid £6.95 postage 26th February 2016? I find it insulting my wife was told today the package was delivered 1st March 2016 but taken back to sorting...

Hi Richard, Sorry that you didn't get the gift in time to be a birthday present. We use Royal Mail next day delivery because they have typically been very reliable, but obviously this wasn't the case this time . We don't know why you didn't get left a note to let you know delivery was attempted, but we have spoken to Royal Mail to investigate. We will be in touch to offer some compensation. Regards, Jamie
