Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Anthony, We're so disappointed to see your one star review. I can see from our records that your issue may be to do with tax as you had deductions in your first payment. However, after this payment we received a p6t from HMRC which meant you then were given a rebate. On your third payment no tax has been deducted. A member of our team will get in touch to go through this and any other issues you may have. Hopefully we can get everything clarified and solved for you as soon as possible.
