Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived. We have emailed information to assist you, because we suspect, that as a smaller parcel ordered by you two days after this order has already arrived, then the larger parcel may be being stored at your local sorting depot. I have informed our warehouse team and they will let me know straight away should your parcel be returned to our warehouse.
Although the postage option (international standard) is not a tracked service, I have emailed over the packing list that was sent with this order, along with further details of the parcel which should help you to track it down at your local sorting office.
