We are constantly reviewing our processes in order to try make our customers’ application as simple as possible. In recent months we added the Customer Login in order that documents may be downloaded whenever necessary and reduced the application process. Thank you for your feedback, which we very much appreciate. We are legally obliged to notify our policyholders that their cover is due to expire and, as we do not currently automatically renew, many of our policyholders have found additional renewal reminders helpful as they are not then left without cover. We do remind early on as it helps our policyholder's budget and we remind twice after this if renewal has not taken place in order to ensure that it is not a customer's oversight. We are very pleased that we were able to answer your question and you decided to renew with us.
