How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We're truly sorry that you received damaged boots and were then charged a restocking fee when returning them. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you had requested a replacement and expected this to be handled without additional costs. We have now refunded the restocking fee, and we apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We're sorry we've let you down on this occasion.
