How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A company you can trust.

During the past months I have always found Estate Research to be extremely professional and friendly when dealing with the matters in hand. Never pushy, always easy to talk.

What Colin Say said about Estate Research:

Finalisation of Estate Proceeds

Distribution of estate to claimants taking far too long . This is due to liens put on the estate by solicitors but not enough feedback as to the action to resolve this.
