Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great comp surveyors need a shake up.2nd time of use but held up because house same as 1st time but 1st surveyor missed things and 2nd as bad.Also why value a house to similar in area if none like...
