As is usual with any equity release application, you receive a total of five documents setting out these fees, including the offer letter from the lender and you have signed and returned 2 documents agreeing to the fees and advice. Due to your personal circumstances the solicitors felt a visit was necessary to further safeguard you and furthermore explain everything involved with the legal aspects too. Equity Release Supermarket have one of the most competitive advice fees on the market, which coupled with fixed price solicitors fees with ERSA members overall keeps set up costs to a minimum.
