Many thanks for your feedback. Just a little to our defence on this. Our delivery is clearly stated as 3-5 working days on our website - your order was put in at 15:44 on Monday 15th August and signed for by you at 9:01 on Monday 22nd so this would be within our 3-5 working days as stated.
As for being disinterested re your fault this couldn't be further from the truth - we take customer service very seriously and absolutely were going to send you a pair of laces I appreciate that we could have been quicker in getting those to you but unfortunately, we were waiting for an order to come in from Ariat which they would have been with.
I'm glad that your issue has now been resolved, and hope you enjoy your boots.

We are not ignoring you - we have replied to your email advising that we are currently looking into it.
We take customer service very serious and I'm sorry you feel that we are ignoring you - we are a small company and try as hard as we can to work towards having happy customers. As we are a small company we cannot afford to have a customer service team just dedicated to answering the phone - and when we are busy in the shop it is not possible to answer the phone.
I hope this goes some way to explain why we may not have replied to you straight away and in light of this we have processed a refund and you can either keep the rug if you can put it to any sort of use or destroy it.
