I am very sorry that you have given us a 2 star review. I've just looked into your order and see that your order was placed on evening of the 13th, you chased on the 18th (3 working days after we received your order) and I thought at that point it was agreed you would pick the items up as you wanted to come in anyway - if this was a miscommunication I cannot apologise enough. With regard to not everything being available this was an administrative oversight and we are very sorry about that.
