We are very sorry on this occasion our service fell below par. We have noted that the boots were received by you 9 working days after ordering and are addressing stock taking to ensure that our system is more accurate and can therefore avoid delays which mean customers receive their orders after the 5 working days stated on our website at the point of ordering.

With regard to the size many thanks for the feedback - this is a new item to us so we will endeavour to inform customers that it is now our understanding that the boots come up on the smaller size.

We just wanted to put our point across to defend the 1 star.

We state on our website at the time of ordering that we will get the product to you within 2-5 working days. We don't offer a faster service than that as have done in the past and have let customers down due to couriers not being efficient enough.

You ordered at 10pm on the 20th July. Your parcel was received at 13:26 on the 26th July (less than 4 working days from ordering).

I'm very sorry that you feel that this is a 1 star service & will not be using us again. Further to your email - we send a confirmation email to say the orders been received, but don't follow it up with further emails to reduce administrative times on the staff.

We send on a next day delivery when we are nearing the deadline of 5 days to ensure we hit that deadline and make sure our customers have their parcel within the 5 days stated on our website.
