Sorry that you find this element of our website a nuisance and misleading. 

Until you go to the check out page it is not possible to advise of the postage charge as we have different levels of charges based on whether you  live in Mainland UK, in Europe, have click and collected the item or qualified for free delivery by spending over £85.

We aren't a big corporate company and do not have many thousands to amend our website to be absolutely perfectly clear on everything and do appreciate at times there may be minor annoyances to the customer but do take the feedback on board and try to amend where we can. However, we do state at the top of the page free delivery over £85 which does to us assume most people will realise there is a delivery charge on orders under £85. Also, we do not add this charge after payment has been made, it is added to the basket once someone puts their address in so at any point if a customer is not happy, they can simply choose not to make the payment to us.

We are very sorry you feel that us putting the postage in at the point of basket warrants a 1 star review & have taken your feedback on board, but can assure you in no way are we trying to trade in an unfair manner.
