Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

As discussed... ... Original role offerred was not relevant to current skill set. ... Looks like an word search had be carried out to match CV, then just email role offerred, but without agency reading through CV that had been short-listed to assess if relevant. Hopefully lessons can be learnt.
