In order for us to send out the correct item, we need to also receive back the incorrect one we have sent, so in order to resolve the issue, we're going to send you a returns label in the post, (along with the correct item), on the understanding that you will please return the incorrect item to us, as soon as possible. Please let us know which item was missing from your order and also what the incorrect item was that we sent in error.
