Delivery service very poor-competitors offer next day delivery (ie Lifestyle). I had to wait from Thursday to the next Tuesday for the item to get to the shop!! crazy!

For click and collect you shoukd be able to collect the foowing day. I placed order on a Saturday and was delivered to store the following friday which is too long so therefore will not do it again....
