there are 2 only reasons why the heater would not give out the correct heat. A - The radiator is faulty B - The wrong sized radiator has been purchased for your room size. Either way if you call my General Manager, Julian Saville, on 0330 300 4444 we will sort this out ASAP to your full satisfaction.
