So unlucky for your heater to have sustained damage in transit twice. Such a shame for us to have been let down by our delivery partner after taking such great care during picking and packing. Thank goodness it was third time lucky, and you couldn't have had a safer pair of hands navigating you through this problem than Nick, a true pro indeed.
