Following investigations with our carrier Parcel Force and as per our telephone conversation, it seems that the courier driver had encountered problems locating your delivery point. We have now provided detailed address instructions which we are confident will allow the delivery to be completed. We will of course keep a close eye on this case until resolved, in the mena time kindly accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this glitch in the Parcel Force delivery service.
