The app you're referring to (Shop App) is created by Shopify, the platform our store runs on, but it’s not directly managed by us. I understand how this was confusing and didn't provide the information you were looking for. We have now removed this as an option in checkout and your order details page.
For tracking your order, the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email is clickable and will take you directly to our pallet network's tracking platform. If you have need any assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our team on 01202 593601.

In recent years, our pricing structure has evolved to include delivery costs, which may explain the increase you’ve noticed. We strive to remain as cost-effective as possible while continuing to provide high quality products.
For efficient distribution, we use a pallet network, which requires products to be delivered on pallets due to offloading via pallet pump.
