Ordered 20 boxes on 1st of May and still haven’t received them, was told the order was delivered Thursday 8th but when I told them I have cameras in my shop and no one had delivered anything...

Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Easy Gloves. We do appreciate all comments both positive and negative as this helps us to continue/improve the best customer service to our customers. Unfortunately as i believe was explained by my colleague this delay was due to human error. The order was inadvertently sent out with the incorrect courier and subsequently got caught up in the process and then eventually returned back to our warehouse. The courier also did not advise us of this so we were unaware until we received your direct phone call on 12th May 2025 and then we were able to check the progress of this consignment. We then responded as soon as we could to resend your order which is showing as out for delivery today for you 14th May 2025. Please accept our apologies for the delays and any inconvenience this may have caused and i do hope we can be of service to you again in the future.
