We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the late notice of the cancellation. One of our training partners made us aware on Friday that the trainer was unwell and therefore the course could not go ahead. Our sales team contacted you to discuss alternative dates, including one for the same training dates at an alternative venue, we understand this was not suitable; therefore, a refund was processed immediately, and an email was sent to yourself confirming this. As we partner with over 350 centres nationwide, we always provide a suitable alternative when unexpected events occur which prevent training courses from being able to run. We are sorry we were unable to provide this for you on this occasion. If you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us on 01892 543000.
