Thank you for your feedback. A replacement will be shipped ASAP. Our manufacturer contracts out a third party carrier to deliver. However they are not authorised to leave goods at different addresses to that on the delivery instructions. Furthermore every delivery must be signed for so must never be left at unattended addresses. This is something that we will need to investigate further because this does not reflect our usual high levels of service.
