Thank you for your comments Emma, we take all feedback seriously and I am concerned that you were disappointed with our service. Having looked at our records I can see that your order was delayed for a number of reasons and that we were in contact with your Office Manager Wendy to advise what was happening. Perhaps this was not communicated to you? In the rare event there are supply issues with products that our out of our control, once we are aware, we do our best to keep customers informed via email so we will strive to improve the ways in which we communications in the future. We appreciate your patience and understand your frustration with regard to the delivery so apologies for this. When we were made aware by the manufacturer there was a supply problem with the snoozemats we informed you of a due delivery date, sadly there was a further manufacturing delay and another due date was informed. Wendy did contact us to ask for an update after that due date elapsed and at this point were advised by the manufacturer that there was still a supply problem with the Navy vinyl however, we were able to offer an alternative colour rather than ask you to wait any longer. At this point Wendy did accept the offer and goods were shipped ASAP. Because the snoozemats were made to order in Eastern Europe deliveries do take longer. Lydia Symonds Commercial Director
