Very pleased to hear you liked the item. Our manufacturer who has their own delivery service did try to contact you by phone but unfortunately were unable to get a response. As you know we emailed to let you know what was happening and this seems to have ended up in your spam/junk folder. Unfortunately this is something not under our control. We always do our very best to communicate effectively but on very odd occasions this can go wrong and are sorry you have been disappointed.
