I have used the e-cloth in my bathroom now for the past 12 months and find it very good it leaves the bath shiny and there is no limescale to be found.

Would have prefered for the item I had bought to be dispatched in a box…
Would have prefered for the item I had bought to be dispatched in a box rather than a packet as some of the items packaging got a bit crushed throught the post.

Thank you for your feedback on this. The problem is if we send it out in a box the cost of postage would go up and we might have to pass this on to you the customer. We changed our packaging from plastic to cardboard to help the environment. Unfortunately cardboard does not have the same where and tear factor in the post. I will pass your comments on. Thank you. The delivery service was very good and the mop has proved worthwhile(especially with the cats hairs and footprints they leave on the fllor(that is if I can move them out of the back door)
