I think the idea of voice verification is a good one, and definitely wouldn't want to see it done away with entirely, but the fact that you have to do multiple, back to back, seems odd. Beyond that, some kind of update to portions of the lesson that make use of pop culture, which stood out to me as especially prevalent during the section on distractions, either by utilizing more modern jokes or timeless ones would serve as an approach to prevent the need for future updates. Beyond that, I don't think much needs changing. The lessons and messages themselves were well and succinctly put. The pacing was engaging, the questions were relevant, my only real issues beyond the verification were with the method of delivery in those certain cases.
