To explain a bit further regarding the Terms and Conditions issued with the Rental Voucher. The requirements are for the Renter to have a valid Credit Card & License for the vehicle to be released. The Driver and the Renter must also be the same person for Insurance purposes and for the Supplier to be duly covered. The Supplier should have not released the vehicle, but they made an exception and went out of their way to accommodate by adding an additional driver to enable you to take delivery of the vehicle.

We have received feedback from the Supplier and can revert that the vehicle went for a full inspection prior to handover and that the client was satisfied with the vehicle allocated. When the Supplier received notification of the tyre pressure indicator which had come on, they immediately offered a replacement vehicle to be delivered en route. This option was not suitable to the client and alternate arrangements were made to assist with the change over in Bloemfontein.
